Yoga has always piqued my interest, but I hesitated to lean into it due to my religious beliefs. Everything changed when I went through a traumatic breakup and was diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety. Yoga became my pathway to healing after my therapist introduced it to me. A single cat-cow pose sparked an emotional release that led me to explore the transformative benefits of yoga.
I immersed myself in yoga practice and pursued professional training, completing a 200-hour YTT program at the Soulful School of Yoga in May 2024 in Charlotte, NC. Currently, I am furthering my journey with a 300-hour Holistic YTT program and certifications in Yin Yoga, Restorative and Trauma Informed Yoga.
My mission is to create a welcoming community where individuals can discover balance, healing, and self-love through mindful breathing and movement.
